eastside of ferndale
WOODWARD TO PAXTON NO FURTHER NORTH THAN WOODLAND AND SOUTH TO UNIVERSITY.
As a host I agree to the following:
- I have notified my immediate neighbors of my participation and no concern/issue has been expressed
- I can provide access to power if needed for a performance
- I will be at home and available for the duration of my time slot(s)
- I will allow for a parking spot on my drive for performers only
- I will make a trash can/recycle bin available for attendees
- I will allow event producers to put a lawn sign on my property identifying my porch for related performance(s)
- I will be a good neighbor and community representative at all times
